Kristelle Siarza Moon, APR

Owner/CEO, Siarza

Volunteer Executive Director, Asian Business Collaborative

Kristelle is a seasoned business executive, entrepreneur, and non-profit founder with over a decade of expertise in communications and leadership. In 2014, she launched Siarza Social Digital, now recognized as Siarza—a forward-thinking public relations, advertising, and marketing agency driven by innovation, creativity, and strategic curation. Under her leadership, the company has expanded into a global operation with a diverse team of over 20 professionals.

Named one of the Top Women in Public Relations by PRNEWS, Kristelle has provided consulting and strategic guidance to organizations across healthcare, finance, cannabis, retail, and government sectors. Her team at Siarza specializes in crafting impactful digital marketing and communication strategies that drive measurable results, helping clients achieve millions of impressions. Under her leadership, Siarza’s award‑winning campaigns have earned both local and national acclaim, solidifying the agency’s reputation as an industry leader.

As a proud Filipina, Kristelle founded the Asian Business Collaborative to support Asian business owners – an often underrepresented group in the business community. After identifying a lack of small business support for Asian-owned businesses during the 2020 pandemic, the “non-profit in the making” focused on prosperity with a cultural competency lens. ABC programs provide advocacy and support, and the organization has helped over 300 Asian-owned businesses in New Mexico and Texas. The non-profit was named Non-Profit of the Year in 2022 by Albuquerque Business First.

Kristelle is deeply committed to giving back to her community through dedicated time and effort. Her leadership has earned the trust of civic figures such as Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller and Rio Rancho Mayor Gregg Hull, who appointed her to serve on economic development task forces. Kristelle also holds key roles on several boards, including the New Mexico Foundation for Open Government, Sunset Memorial Park, and the Public Relations Society of America – New Mexico Chapter.

On a national scale, she serves as the co-chair of PRSA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee. Her achievements have not gone unnoticed—she was named one of New Mexico’s ‘Forty Under 40’ in 2016 and received the prestigious “Women of Influence” award in 2019.

In her rare moments of free time, Kristelle dabbles as a competitive—though admittedly average—golfer and kickball player. Her social media feed is filled with vibrant hot air balloons, a nod to her passion for ballooning. She crews for several Albuquerque pilots and is also a student pilot herself, navigating the skies in her aptly named balloon, “Hot Mess.” She is the proud mother of Jonathan, a baritone player with a passion for anime, and the wife of Spencer, her loving and endlessly patient partner. Three cherished cats complete their family.
